The invention discloses an air-based recovery tail end capturing device based on a nested telescopic arm mechanism, which comprises a machine-mounted base, a pitching base, a first hydraulic rod, a nested telescopic arm outer arm, a second hydraulic rod, a nested telescopic arm inner arm and a capturing main body frame, one end of the nested telescopic arm inner arm is rotatably connected with the top of the capturing main body frame, and the other end of the nested telescopic arm inner arm is rotatably connected with the other end of the capturing main body frame; one end, far away from the capturing main body frame, of the inner arm of the nested telescopic arm is connected with the outer arm of the nested telescopic arm through a second hydraulic rod; the end, away from the second hydraulic rod, of the nested telescopic arm outer arm is rotationally connected with the bottom of the pitching base, and the two ends of the first hydraulic rod are rotationally connected with the pitching base and the nested telescopic arm outer arm correspondingly. The hollow base is used as a mounting foundation, the nested telescopic mechanical arm structure is adopted, and the slidable telescopic arm is mounted in the hollow sleeve arm to prolong the capturing distance of the mechanical arm and widen the butt joint operation range, so that the problem that the stability of a cable is poor due to flexible disturbance is solved, and the hollow base recovery efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了基于嵌套式伸缩臂机构的空基回收末端抓捕装置,包括机载基座、俯仰底座、第一液压杆、嵌套式伸缩臂外臂、第二液压杆、嵌套式伸缩臂内臂和捕获主体架,所述嵌套式伸缩臂内臂的一端与捕获主体架顶部转动连接,所述嵌套式伸缩臂内臂远离捕获主体架的一端通过第二液压杆与嵌套式伸缩臂外臂连接;所述嵌套式伸缩臂外臂远离第二液压杆的一端与俯仰底座底部转动连接,所述第一液压杆的两端分别与俯仰底座和嵌套式伸缩臂外臂转动连接。本发明以空基为安装基础,采用嵌套式伸缩机械臂结构,在中空套臂内安装可滑动伸缩臂以延长机械臂捕获距离,拓宽对接作业范围,避免了柔性易扰缆绳稳定性差的问题,有效提高了空基回收效率。
