The embodiment of the invention provides an energy-saving control system and method for a passenger ship kitchen gas-collecting hood exhaust system, and the system comprises an electromechanical control input and output module which is used for collecting the electric power of kitchen cooking equipment, and calculating the required air volume of a gas-collecting hood corresponding to the kitchen cooking equipment according to a kitchen gas-collecting hood exhaust air volume calculation formula; the wind speed sensor is used for collecting the actual exhaust air rate of each gas collecting hood and sending the actual exhaust air rate to the electromechanical control input and output module; the electromechanical control input and output module compares the actual exhaust air volume and the required air volume of each gas collecting hood and adjusts the opening degree of a variable air volume air brake actuator of each gas collecting hood. By collecting the electric power information of the kitchen cooking equipment, the required air volume of the gas collecting hood can be accurately obtained according to a calculation formula, the control accuracy is high, and the comfort requirement of the kitchen cooking equipment under variable working conditions can be better guaranteed; and the air volume of the exhaust fan can be adjusted according to the actual operation state of the kitchen cooking equipment, energy is saved, and unnecessary energy waste is avoided.

    本发明实施例提供了一种客船厨房集气罩排风系统节能控制系统及方法,系统包括:机电控制输入输出模块,其用以采集厨房烹饪设备的用电功率,并依据厨房集气罩排风量计算公式,计算厨房烹饪设备对应集气罩的需求风量;风速传感器,其用以采集每个集气罩的实际排风量,并发送至机电控制输入输出模块;机电控制输入输出模块比较每个集气罩的实际排风量和需求风量,调节每个集气罩的变风量风闸执行器的开度。通过采集厨房烹饪设备的用电功率信息,可以准确根据计算公式得到集气罩的需求风量,控制准确性高,更能保证厨房烹饪设备变工况下的舒适性要求;且能够根据厨房烹饪设备的实际运行状态,调节排风机风量,节约能源,避免不必要的能源浪费。
