The ship superstructure general assembly method comprises the following steps that the general assembly platform is placed at an idle station beyond the coverage range of a folding crane; the multiple upper building segments are hoisted to a total assembling platform for total assembling, so that an upper building total segment is formed; the transport vehicle moves to the position below the general assembly platform and jacks the general assembly platform, and the transport vehicle transfers the general assembly platform bearing the upper building block to a folding station within the coverage range of the folding crane according to a preset path; and the folding crane is used for hoisting and folding the upper building block. According to the general assembly platform provided by the invention, by adopting the ship superstructure general assembly method, the general assembly platform is placed at the idle station beyond the coverage range of the closure crane, and the superstructure block general assembly process is completed on the platform, so that the superstructure block general assembly is flexibly arranged, and the limitation from the tense closure station and closure crane resources is avoided; and the construction total group period is accurately controlled, and the overall utilization rate of a construction site is improved.
本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,尤其涉及一种船舶上建总组方法及总组平台。船舶上建总组方法包括如下步骤:总组平台放置于合拢吊机覆盖范围之外的空闲工位;将多个上建分段吊装至总组平台进行总组,以组成上建总段;运输车移动至总组平台的下方并顶升总组平台,运输车按照预设路径将承载有上建总段的总组平台转运至合拢吊机覆盖范围内的合拢工位;合拢吊机对上建总段进行吊装、合拢。本发明提出的总组平台通过采用上述船舶上建总组方法,总组平台放置于合拢吊机覆盖范围之外的空闲工位并在平台上完成上建总段总组过程,以灵活安排上建总段总组,避免受制于紧张的合拢工位与合拢吊机资源,精确控制上建总组周期,提高了建造场地的整体利用率。
