The invention provides a ship sea chest structure for gas-water separation. The ship sea chest structure comprises a sea chest, a first side plate, a second side plate, a connecting short pipe and a ventilation connector. Seawater flows into the first-stage exhaust chamber through the suction grid, the first side plate is arranged in the exhaust chamber, and a first through hole is formed in the upper portion of the first side plate. The second side plate is arranged at the downstream of the first side plate; a second through hole is formed in the lower part of the second side plate; and the connecting short pipe is a seawater outlet. And the plurality of ventilation interfaces are arranged at the top of the exhaust chamber and are used for exhausting gas in the seawater. The seawater is subjected to multi-stage exhaust treatment, air mixed in the seawater can be reduced, and the normal requirement of a ship seawater system is met. Through the arrangement of the first through hole and the second through hole, the path length of gas-water separation is increased so as to increase the gas-water separation degree, gas-water separation can be achieved without changing the basic type of the seawater connecting pipe, and application and popularization are facilitated. In addition, through the corresponding arrangement of the ultrasonic defoaming device, the heating coil and the filter screen, the gas-water separation effect is enhanced.
