The invention relates to the technical field of battery control, and provides a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle hydrogen consumption estimation system and method, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a vehicle hydrogen system pressure signal and a hydrogen system current temperature signal; hydrogenation is controlled according to hydrogenation conditions, and the hydrogenation amount in the mileage to be measured is determined through the pressure signal and the temperature signal; based on the ideal state equation, according to the hydrogen system pipeline pressure signal and the hydrogen system temperature signal at the end of the mileage to be measured, the residual amount of hydrogen of the vehicle hydrogen system is calculated; converting the power consumption of the power battery into corresponding hydrogen consumption according to the charge state change of the power battery; and calculating hydrogen consumption per hundred kilometers according to the hydrogenation amount in the mileage to be measured, the residual hydrogen amount and the conversion hydrogen consumption of the power battery exchange capacity. The states of the whole vehicle power battery system, the fuel cell system and the hydrogen system are considered in multiple dimensions, the hydrogen consumption of the whole vehicle 100 kilometers of the fuel cell is estimated, the hydrogen consumption estimation accuracy can be improved, and the performance of the whole vehicle of the hydrogen fuel cell can be improved.
本公开涉及电池控制技术领域,提出了一种氢燃料电池整车氢耗估算系统及方法,包括如下步骤:获取车辆氢系统压力信号,以及氢系统当前温度信号;根据加氢条件控制加氢,并通过压力信号和温度信号确定待测里程内的加氢量;基于理想状态方程,根据待测里程结束时的氢系统管路压力信号和氢系统温度信号,计算车辆氢系统的氢气的剩余量;根据动力电池的荷电状态变化,将电力电池的耗电量转换为对应氢耗;根据待测里程内的加氢量、剩余氢气量以及动力电池换电量的转换氢耗,计算得到百公里氢耗。多维度考虑整车动力电池系统、燃料电池系统和氢系统状态,估算燃料电池整车百公里氢耗,能够提高氢耗估计的准确性,有利于提升氢燃料电池整车性能。
