The invention discloses a charging gun anomaly detection method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining the identity information of a target charging pile indicated by a charging request according to the charging request sent by a front-end application, and enabling the front-end application to scan the starting code of one charging pile to generate the charging request; collecting verification information of the target charging gun according to the identity identification information, and verifying the availability of the target charging gun according to the verification information; and if the verification result is passed, sending the identity identification information to a charging pile management system to start the target charging gun to charge the to-be-charged device. According to the invention, the real-time and online detection of the abnormality of the charging gun is realized, the fault information of the charging gun can be obtained in time, the maintenance of offline workers on the charging gun is facilitated, the real-time performance and accuracy of the fault detection of the charging gun are remarkably improved, and the high availability of the charging gun is ensured.

    本申请公开了一种充电枪异常检测方法、装置、电子设备及可读存储介质,其方法包括:根据前端应用发送的充电请求,确定充电请求指示的目标充电桩的身份标识信息,充电请求是前端应用通过扫描一个充电桩的启动码生成的;根据身份标识信息,采集目标充电枪的校验信息,并根据校验信息对目标充电枪的可用性进行校验;若校验结果为通过,则将身份标识信息发送至充电桩管理系统,以启动目标充电枪实现对待充电设备的充电。本申请实现了充电枪异常的实时、在线检测,能够及时获知充电枪的故障信息,方便线下工作人员对充电枪的维护,显著提高了充电枪故障检测的实时性和准确性,保障了充电枪的高可用性。
