The invention relates to an electric vehicle charging control method, which is applied to the field of electric vehicle safe charging, and comprises the following steps: loading a certain current value specified by a charging connection assembly manufacturer on a charging connection assembly at the charging starting stage of an electric vehicle; collecting temperature data of a temperature sensor of the charging connection assembly in a specified time period, and calculating a temperature rise rate of the charging connection assembly based on the temperature data and time; the measured temperature rise rate value is compared with a temperature rise rate intervention value which is provided by a connector manufacturer and is measured based on the same current and time, and if the measured temperature rise slope value in the charging process is larger than the temperature rise rate intervention value provided by the connector manufacturer, the connection assembly is charged; the charging pile and the automobile properly reduce the charging current or stop charging according to the exceeding degree of the temperature rise rate, and otherwise, charging can be carried out according to any current value in the rated current range if the measured temperature rise rate is in the corresponding intervention value range provided by the charging connection assembly manufacturer.

    本申请涉及一种电动汽车充电控制方法,应用于电动汽车安全充电领域,其中方法包括:在电动汽车充电开始阶段通过在充电连接组件加载一个由充电连接组件制造商规定的某个电流值;在指定时间段内采集充电连接组件温度传感器的温度数据,基于温度数据及时间来计算充电连接组件的温升速率;将所测得的温升速率值与连接器厂家提供的基于相同电流、时间所测得的温升速率干预值进行比较,若充电过程中测得的温升斜率值大于连接组件制造商提供的温升速率干预值时,充电桩及汽车则根据温升速率超标程度进行适当的减小充电电流或停止充电,反之所测得的温升速率在充电连接组件制造商提供的相应的干预值范围内,则可按额定电流范围内的任意电流值进行充电。
