The energy storage module is connected with a mains supply charging end through a first charging circuit, the energy storage module is further connected with a photovoltaic power generation system through a second charging circuit, and the control module comprises a real-time safety and stability control module, a fault self-healing module and a measurement and analysis module. The micro-grid transient state analysis module is used for analyzing the micro-grid transient state process, the safety and stability control module is used for achieving safety control over the charging and discharging process of the energy storage module, the fault self-healing module is used for synchronously reporting the real-time operation condition of the energy storage module, and the background center obtains the operation condition of the energy storage module in real time and conducts dispatching control in real time.
