The invention relates to the technical field of chassis suspension control, in particular to a height and acceleration integrated acquisition system and method.The system is composed of an acceleration and height two-in-one acquisition module, a data receiving module and a connecting wire harness, and the acceleration and height two-in-one acquisition module is in signal connection with the data receiving module; the acceleration and height two-in-one sampling module is composed of an acceleration acquisition module, a height acquisition module, a mounting rack body, a swing arm and a pull rod. The system has the advantages that the PSI5 communication protocol is adopted, the data transmission precision is high, the anti-interference capability is high, and the wire harness is simplified; the acceleration acquisition module and the height acquisition module are integrated into a two-in-one acquisition module, so that the wire harness is further simplified by 50%, and the cost of the wire harness is reduced; only one acquisition module mounting point needs to be designed during vehicle design, so that the vehicle arrangement space is saved; the installation and maintenance cost of the vehicle is reduced; acceleration and height information is collected synchronously, and data synchronism and real-time performance are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及底盘悬架控制领域技术领域,具体为一种高度与加速度一体采集的系统和方法,系统由加速度与高度二合一采集模块、数据接收模块以及连接线束组成,所述加速度与高度二合一采集模块与数据接收模块信号连接;所述加速度与高度二合一采样模块由加速度采集模块、高度采集模块、安装架本体、摆臂和拉杆组成。本发明的优点在于:采用PSI5通信协议,数据传输精度高,抗干扰能力强,线束精简;将加速度采集模块与高度采集模块集成为二合一采集模块,进一步精简线束50%,降低线束成本;车辆设计时只需要设计一个采集模块安装点,节省车辆布置的空间;降低车辆的安装及维护成本;加速度与高度信息同步采集,保证数据同步性和实时性。
