The invention relates to the technical field of machining, and provides an arm steering knuckle main pin hole coaxiality improving method which comprises the steps that a horizontal machining mode of an arm steering knuckle and a used horizontal machining clamp are obtained; the horizontal machining mode of the knuckle with the arm and a used horizontal machining clamp are analyzed, and it is determined that the reason for coaxiality out-of-tolerance of the main pin hole of the knuckle with the arm is that the knuckle with the arm deforms due to stress during clamping; according to the reason for coaxiality out-of-tolerance of the main pin hole of the steering knuckle with the arm, a process adjustment scheme is formulated and implemented, and the stress of the steering knuckle with the arm is reduced by changing the stress mode and part of the steering knuckle with the arm during clamping, so that the coaxiality tolerance of the main pin hole of the steering knuckle with the arm in each detection link is within a receivable range. According to the method, the stress of the knuckle with the arm in the machining process can be reduced, so that the risk that the coaxiality of the main pin hole of the knuckle with the arm is out of tolerance in the machining process is reduced, the first-pass yield of products can be improved, and the quality guarantee capacity and the production supply capacity of the products are improved.

    本发明涉及机械加工技术领域,本发明提供一种带臂转向节主销孔同轴度提升方法,包括:获取带臂转向节卧式加工方式以及所使用的卧式加工夹具;对带臂转向节卧式加工方式以及所使用的卧式加工夹具进行分析,确定带臂转向节主销孔同轴度超差的原因为装夹时带臂转向节受力发生变形;根据带臂转向节主销孔同轴度超差的原因,制定和实施工艺调整方案,通过改变装夹时带臂转向节的受力方式和部位减少带臂转向节受力,使得各检测环节带臂转向节主销孔同轴度公差均处于可接收的范围内。本发可减小加工过程中带臂转向节的受力,从而减少加工过程中带臂转向节主销孔同轴度超差的风险,可提升产品的一次合格率,进而增强产品的质保能力和生产供应能力。
