The invention discloses a marine battery all-weather immersed thermal management system and a control method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of battery heat dissipation. The energy storage battery box is immersed in a water ballast space on a ship so as to provide a relatively stable environmental condition for the energy storage battery box, and cooling liquid or air can be poured into an interlayer of a battery box shell so as to play a role in strengthening and weakening heat transfer for the battery box working in an extremely high-temperature or low-temperature environment; the heat exchange module can perform heat exchange pretreatment on the spraying liquid according to the fed-back temperature information so as to achieve the effect of reducing energy consumption; and the tab temperature control module is used for carrying out enhanced heat transfer on a battery tab in a spraying cooling mode. The system comprehensively considers the heat dissipation problem of battery tabs and the bottom of the battery, the battery pack module is subjected to heat management by coupling two modes of jet cooling and liquid cooling, the all-climate adaptation problem when a ship sails to different sea areas is fully considered, and the heat uniformity of the marine battery is effectively improved through system control.

    本发明公开一种船用电池全气候浸没式热管理系统及其控制方法,属于电池散热技术领域。储能电池箱浸没在船舶上的压载水舱中以为其提供一个相对稳定的环境条件,电池箱壳体的夹层内可灌注冷却液或者空气以对在极端高温或低温环境下工作的电池箱分别起到强化和削弱传热的作用;换热模块可根据反馈的温度信息对喷淋液进行换热预处理以起到降低能耗的作用;极耳控温模块是通过喷淋降温的模式对电池极耳处进行强化传热。该系统综合考虑电池极耳和电池底部散热问题,耦合喷射冷却和液冷两种方式对电池组模块进行热管理,充分考虑船舶航行至不同海域时的全气候适应问题,通过系统控制,使得船用电池的热均匀性有效提升。
