The invention relates to the technical field of electromechanical construction, and particularly provides a vertical conveyor system for super high-rise building construction. The crawler belt assemblies are fixedly arranged on the two sides of the base in the length direction, and the outer surfaces of the crawler belt assemblies are sleeved with crawler belt plates; the main arm structure is movably arranged on the upper surface of one side of the base in the length direction; the lower end of the supporting structure is movably arranged above the base and close to the main arm structure; the luffing mechanism is movably arranged between the supporting mechanism and the main arm structure; the power device is fixedly arranged at the end, away from the supporting structure, above the base. The problems that in the prior art, during vertical transportation, materials can only be transported to a floor provided with an unloading platform, flexibility is not enough, and the rapid material transferring efficiency is affected are effectively solved; the fixed discharging platform is dismounted and remounted according to the construction progress and the material demand plan, and although the fixed discharging platform can be turned over, the mounting cost is high, and much time is consumed; and meanwhile, the use efficiency of the tower crane is reduced.

    本发明涉及机电施工技术领域,具体提供一种超高层建筑施工用垂直运输机系统,包括:底座;履带总成,固定设置在底座长度方向两侧,履带总成的外表面套接设置有履带板;主臂结构,活动设置在底座长度方向一侧上表面;支撑结构,下端活动设置在底座上方靠近主臂结构位置;变幅机构,活动设置在支撑机构和主臂结构之间;动力装置,固定设置在底座的上方远离支撑结构一端。本发明有效解决了现有技术中垂直运输时只能运输至安装有卸料平台的楼层,不够灵活,影响物料快速转运效率;固定式卸料平台根据施工进度和材料需求计划进行拆除及重新安装,虽可周转,但安装成本较大且耗费时间较多;同时塔吊的使用效率降低等问题。
