The invention discloses fan tower crane equipment and an installation method, the fan tower crane equipment comprises a climbing device and a hoisting head, the climbing device is arranged to be of a cylindrical structure, a space used for containing a fan tower drum is formed in the climbing device, the hoisting head is installed at the top of the climbing device, and the hoisting head is used for hoisting fan blades; the climbing device comprises an upper climbing cylinder and a lower climbing cylinder, the upper end of the lower climbing cylinder is open, the upper climbing cylinder is slidably inserted into the upper end of the lower climbing cylinder, and the upper climbing cylinder and the lower climbing cylinder are connected through a driving assembly; a first clamping assembly is installed on the inner wall of the upper climbing cylinder, a second clamping assembly is installed on the inner wall of the lower climbing cylinder, and the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly are both used for clamping the fan tower cylinder. The crane has the advantages that the crane climbs depending on the tower drum of the fan, parts of the fan can be hoisted and assembled, compared with a traditional crane, the size and the manufacturing cost are greatly reduced, and only a transport ship is used for conveying.

    本发明公开了风机塔吊设备及安装方法,风机塔吊设备包括爬升装置和吊装头,所述爬升装置设置为筒状结构,其内有用于容纳风机塔筒的空间,所述吊装头安装于爬升装置顶部,吊装头用于起吊风机叶片;所述爬升装置包括上爬筒和下爬筒,所述下爬筒呈上端开口设置,上爬筒滑动插接于下爬筒上端,且上爬筒与下爬筒之间通过驱动组件连接;上爬筒内壁安装有第一夹持组件,下爬筒内壁安装有第二夹持组件,第一夹持组件和第二夹持组件均用于夹紧风机塔筒。本发明具备依托风机塔筒做爬升,可以将风机的零部件起吊组装,并且相较于传统的吊机体积和造价均极大缩小,可以只用运输船输送的优点。
