The invention relates to the technical field of material hoisters, and particularly discloses a material hoister which comprises a support, the bottom end of the support is perpendicularly connected with the bottom face through a cement base, a working assembly used for lifting materials is arranged on the side edge of the support, and an anti-falling assembly is arranged in the working assembly and used for fast braking. The anti-falling device has the advantages that the inner wall of the anti-falling assembly is provided with the buffer assembly, the buffer assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the anti-falling assembly, the anti-falling assembly is used for braking in a high-position state, and the braking distance can be increased; the anti-falling assembly and the buffer assembly are matched for use, so that the operation height of the hanging basket can be sensed in a machine starting process; and the equipment can independently select different braking distances according to different running heights, short-distance braking can be achieved at a low position, meanwhile, the vibration amplitude in the braking process is reduced, the influence on the internal structure of the brake can be effectively reduced, the service life of the equipment can be effectively prolonged, and the safety of the equipment can be improved.

    本发明涉及物料提升机技术领域,具体公开了一种物料提升机,包括支架,支架的底端通过水泥基座与底面垂直连接,支架的侧边开设有工作组件用于物料的抬升作用,防坠组件,防坠组件设在工作组件的内部用于快速制动的作用,避免内部结构由于断裂导致降速增加,缓冲组件,防坠组件的内壁设有缓冲组件用于在高处状态下的制动过程,可以增加制动距离,本发明的防坠组件与缓冲组件配合使用可以在机器启动的过程中感知吊篮的运行高度,并且设备可以在运行高度的不同来自主选择不同的制动距离,可以在低处实现短距离制动,同时制动的过程震动的幅度降低可以有效减少对制动器本身内部结构的影响,能够有效增加设备的使用寿命,增加其安全性。
