The system comprises an electromagnetic coil which is installed on an aircraft landing gear strut and is used for generating an electromagnetic field around the electromagnetic coil after being electrified; the power supply controller is positioned in an aircraft cabin and is used for adjusting the current in the electromagnetic coil; the metal pipe network layer is laid below the airport runway and used for generating induced current; wherein the electromagnetic coil is electrified and generates an electromagnetic field, when the aircraft moves forwards after landing, the electromagnetic field also moves forwards, a metal conduit in the metal pipe network layer cuts magnetic field lines of the electromagnetic field, due to the existence of induced electromotive force, induced current exists in the metal pipe network layer, the metal pipe network layer has certain resistance, and due to the heat effect of the resistance, the electromagnetic field is generated. Kinetic energy of the aircraft is converted into electric energy, and then the electric energy is converted into heat energy for heat dissipation, so that ground deceleration is performed on the aircraft. The airplane braking device has the following beneficial technical effect that ground deceleration of an airplane is achieved by means of a novel braking mode.
