The invention discloses a zero-carbon-emission ship SOFC/GT/SCO2 hybrid power system which comprises an air separation oxygen generation subsystem, an SOFC/GT hybrid power subsystem, an SCO2 circulation subsystem and a carbon capture subsystem, and the air separation oxygen generation subsystem combines two air separation processes of membrane separation and low-temperature distillation; meanwhile, the cold energy of the LNG and the air separation product is fully utilized to liquefy the low-temperature distillation raw material gas; the SOFC/GT hybrid power subsystem adopts cathode recirculation to realize SOFC temperature control operation, cathode recirculation gas is utilized to drive the first SCO2 circulation subsystem, and tail gas waste heat is utilized to drive the second SCO2 circulation subsystem; in addition, the reforming chamber is combined with the after-combustion chamber, and temperature control of the after-combustion chamber and efficient reaction of the reforming chamber are achieved at the same time; and low-temperature carbon capture is adopted to liquefy and separate water and high-purity CO2 step by step. The system is high in energy efficiency, and meanwhile zero carbon emission of the system is achieved.

    本发明公开了零碳排放的船舶SOFC/GT/SCO2混合动力系统,包括空气分离制氧子系统、SOFC/GT混合动力子系统,SCO2循环子系统和碳捕集子系统,其中空气分离制氧子系统结合膜分离与低温蒸馏两种空气分离工艺,同时充分利用了LNG和空分产物的冷量对低温蒸馏原料气进行液化;SOFC/GT混合动力子系统采用阴极再循环实现SOFC控温运行,并利用阴极再循环气体驱动第一SCO2循环子系统,利用尾气余热驱动第二SCO2循环子系统;此外还将重整室与后燃室结合,同时实现了后燃室控温与重整室高效反应;采用低温碳捕集逐级液化分离出水和高纯度CO2。本发明系统能效高,同时实现系统零碳排放。
