The coding system for computer interlocking control comprises an interlocking host, a first coding module, a second coding module, a frequency shift transmitter and a transmission regulator TFG, the first coding module and the second coding module are connected with the interlocking host, the frequency shift transmitter and the transmission regulator TFG; the first coding module is connected with the second coding module; the frequency shift transmitter is connected with the transmission regulator TFG; and each of the first coding module and the second coding module comprises a coding part CCT and a transmission part MLT. According to the coding frequency shift transmitter, by optimizing the interlocking host control logic and the connection mode of the coding circuit, the coding frequency shift transmitter is shared by code sending of a reverse vehicle receiving route and a forward vehicle departure route, on the premise that safety is guaranteed, the composition of coding equipment is simplified, and equipment investment is saved.
