The invention provides a rail transit signal control system with data centralization. The system comprises a ground signal data center, a vehicle-mounted signal data center and a target controller OC, wherein the ground signal data center, the vehicle-mounted signal data center and the target controller OC adopt a telescopic safety redundancy architecture; a set of vehicle-mounted signal data center is arranged on each rail transit train, a ground signal data center is connected and communicated with an OC located on the ground through a ground wired network, and the vehicle-mounted signal data center is connected and communicated with the OC located on the rail transit train through a vehicle-mounted wired network. The invention provides the implementation method of the data centralization rail transit signal control system, which is oriented to the future and uses the technical advantages brought by the mature IT technology.
