The invention provides a double-drive switch reluctance hub motor driving system for a household electric vehicle and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle driving. The system comprises a main controller, an auxiliary controller, a signal collector and a double-drive hub motor. The main controller is responsible for receiving a vehicle control instruction and state information, and comprises an electronic differential control unit and an analog front end; the auxiliary controller is responsible for electric energy conversion and control over the two hub motors and comprises an STM32 control unit and a main power unit. The signal collector is responsible for collecting and feeding back vehicle and motor state information and comprises a vehicle and motor information collecting unit. The switched reluctance hub motor is adopted as a driving motor, so that the transmission efficiency is effectively improved, and the reliability is enhanced; the main controller and the auxiliary controller respectively control the vehicle and the motor, so that the control precision is higher; the electronic differential system adopts a double-layer control structure, and all modules cooperate with one another, so that the efficiency is higher; the driving system adopts flexible connection, so that the steering radius can be effectively reduced, and the steering flexibility is enhanced.

    本发明提出了一种家用电动汽车用双驱开关磁阻轮毂电机驱动系统及控制方法,属于电动汽车驱动技术领域;该系统包括主控制器、副控制器、信号采集器、双驱轮毂电机。主控制器负责接收车辆控制指令及状态信息,包括电子差速控制单元、模拟前端;副控制器负责电能转换及两台轮毂电机控制,包括STM32控制单元、主功率单元;信号采集器负责车辆、电机状态信息收集和反馈,包括车辆、电机信息采集单元;本发明采用开关磁阻轮毂电机作为驱动电机,有效提高传动效率,增强可靠性;主、副控制器分别控制车辆和电机,控制精度更高;电子差速系统采用双层控制结构,各模块分工协作,效率更高;驱动系统采用软连接,可有效减少转向半径,增强转向灵便性。
