The invention belongs to the technical field of fluid structure design, and particularly relates to a fuel oil ventilation guide pipe based on a Tesla valve principle. The ventilation guide pipe is formed by combining a female half mold and a male half mold, and two ends of the ventilation guide pipe are connecting ports which are respectively connected with an air end and an oil supply end; an internal functional structure of the ventilation guide pipe is composed of a pipe core and a plurality of reverse return units arranged in the pipe core in a series connection mode, any reverse return unit comprises a direct flow air channel, a reverse return air channel and a flow dividing nozzle, the reverse return air channel is annular, the end of the direct flow air channel is communicated with the reverse return air channel in the tangential direction, and the flow dividing nozzle is arranged in the middle of the reverse return air channel. According to the invention, the processing difficulty and the manufacturing cost are reduced and the maintainability and the cleanliness after scale deposition are improved through the male die and the female die of the fuel oil ventilation guide pipe and the respectively milled process square valves, so that the service life is prolonged, and the purposes of ventilation, dust prevention and air filtration of the fuel oil ventilation guide pipe are achieved by utilizing the characteristic that the one-way scale deposition of the Tesla valve is easy.

    本发明属于流体结构设计技术领域,具体涉及一种基于特斯拉阀原理的燃油通气导管;所述通气导管由阴阳两个半模对合而成,两端为连接接口,分别连接空气端和供油端;所述通气导管内部功能结构由管芯及管芯内串联布置的若干逆回单元组成,任意一个逆回单元均包括直流气道、逆回气道、分流咀,所述逆回气道呈环形,所述直流气道端部与逆回气道切线方向贯通,所述分流咀置于逆回气道中部。本发明通过燃油通气导管的阴阳分模、分别铣切的工艺方阀,降低加工难度和制造成本,提高积垢后的维护性和清洁性,以提高寿命,并利用特斯拉阀单向易积垢的特点,来达到达到燃油通气导管通气、防尘和过滤空气的目的。
