The invention provides a thermal management system of a pure electric vehicle. The thermal management system comprises a five-way valve, a radiator, a plate heat exchanger and a WPTC heater. A first communication port of the five-way valve is communicated with an electric drive assembly heat dissipation loop, a second communication port of the five-way valve is communicated with a battery heat dissipation loop, a third communication port of the five-way valve is communicated with a battery heating loop, and a fourth communication port of the five-way valve is communicated with a first heat exchange loop of the plate heat exchanger; a first heat exchange loop of the plate heat exchanger is communicated with a vehicle air conditioner system, a second heat exchange loop of the plate heat exchanger is communicated with a vehicle air conditioner system, the first heat exchange loop exchanges heat with the second heat exchange loop, a fifth communication port of the five-way valve is communicated with a radiator, and the radiator is further communicated with the electric drive assembly heat dissipation loop and the battery heat dissipation loop. Through switching control over the five-way valve, the air conditioning system heats the battery, and heat generated by the electric drive assembly and the battery heats the passenger compartment. The energy consumption of the electric automobile can be reduced, and the endurance mileage is increased.

    本发明提供一种纯电动汽车热管理系统,包括:五通阀、散热器、板式换热器和WPTC加热器。五通阀的第一连通口与电驱总成散热回路相连通,五通阀的第二连通口与电池散热回路相连通,五通阀的第三连通口与电池加热回路相连通,五通阀的第四连通口与板式换热器的第一换热回路相连通,板式换热器的第二换热回路与车辆空调系统相连通,所述第一换热回路与所述第二换热回路进行热交换,五通阀的第五连通口与散热器相连通,散热器还与所述电驱总成散热回路和所述电池散热回路相连通。通过对五通阀的转换控制,实现空调系统给电池加热,电驱总成和电池产生的热量给乘客舱采暖。本发明能减少电动汽车的能耗,增加续航里程。
