The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, in particular to a temperature control method, device and equipment for a battery pack and a new energy vehicle. The temperature control method for the battery pack comprises the steps that the maximum temperature value and the minimum temperature value in the battery pack are obtained; comparing whether a difference value between the maximum temperature value and the minimum temperature value is greater than a design threshold value or not, and whether the maximum temperature value is greater than or equal to a first tolerable temperature threshold value of the battery pack or not; and if yes, a compressor, a first water pump and a stop valve are started, so that the first water pump drives cooling liquid to enter the battery pack, and heat generated by the battery pack and a refrigerant of a cooler are subjected to heat exchange. The flow of the refrigerant can be actively adjusted according to the temperature difference in the battery, fine control over the temperature in the battery pack is achieved, thermal runaway caused by uneven discharging of the battery pack is avoided, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged.

    本申请涉及新能源车辆技术领域,具体涉及一种电池包的温度控制方法、装置、设备及新能源车辆,该电池包的温度控制方法包括:获取电池包内的最大温度值及最小温度值;比较最大温度值与最小温度值之间的差值是否大于设计阈值,且最大温度值是否大于或等于电池包的第一耐受温度阈值;如果是,则开启压缩机、第一水泵及截止阀,以使第一水泵驱动冷却液进入电池包内,并将电池包产生的热量与冷却器的制冷剂进行热交换。本申请可以根据电池内部的温度差主动调节制冷剂的流量,实现对电池包内部温度的精细化控制,避免电池包由于放电不均匀导致热失控,提高电池包的使用寿命。
