The invention relates to traffic signal lamp optimization, in particular to a traffic signal lamp optimization method based on traffic flow perception, and the method comprises the steps: building a generative adversarial network model, inputting the real traffic flow data detected at a target intersection into the generative adversarial network model, and obtaining virtual traffic flow data; based on the real traffic flow data and the virtual traffic flow data, outputting actions through a Q learning algorithm to form a Q value table, and obtaining an intersection traffic signal lamp scheme; obtaining an optimized intersection traffic signal lamp scheme according to the intersection traffic signal lamp scheme and the reward function; obtaining the point cloud data of the target intersection, and obtaining the vehicle queuing length and the vehicle flow of the target intersection in each lane in each direction based on the point cloud data; according to the vehicle queuing length, the traffic flow and a preset lamp time optimization model, the current lamp time configuration scheme is adjusted; according to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the defect that the traffic signal lamp is difficult to accurately and reasonably optimize at the intersection in a complex environment in the prior art can be effectively overcome.

    本发明涉及交通信号灯优化,具体涉及一种基于车流量感知的交通信号灯优化方法,建立生成式对抗网络模型,并将目标路口检测到的真实车流量数据输入生成式对抗网络模型,得到虚拟车流量数据;基于真实车流量数据和虚拟车流量数据,通过Q学习算法输出动作形成Q值表,得到路口交通信号灯方案;根据路口交通信号灯方案和奖赏函数得到优化路口交通信号灯方案;获取目标路口的点云数据,基于点云数据获取目标路口在各方向上各车道内的车辆排队长度和车流量;根据车辆排队长度、车流量和预设灯时优化模型,对当前灯时配置方案进行调整;本发明提供的技术方案能够有效克服现有技术所存在的对于复杂环境的路口难以对交通信号灯进行准确、合理优化的缺陷。
