The invention discloses an urban traffic prediction method and device based on artificial intelligence, and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a graph network containing traffic flow, average vehicle speed, and average lane space occupancy information, employing the CGN graph convolution to extract the spatial features of traffic flow, adding a long memory filter in an RNN network, extracting the local time feature information, and carrying out the prediction of the traffic flow. Global time features are obtained through a multi-head attention mechanism, and the local time and the global time features are fused and output, so that efficient prediction of future traffic conditions is realized.

    本发明公开了基于人工智能的城市交通预测方法、设备及介质,通过构建包含车流量、平均车速、平均车道空间占有率信息的图网络,使用CGN图卷积提取交通流的空间特征,同时在RNN网络中加入长记忆滤波器,提取局部时间特征信息,通过多头注意力机制得到全局时间特征,将局部时间和全局时间特征进行融合输出,以实现未来交通状况的高效预测。
