The invention provides a driver state monitoring and early warning method, system and device, and the method comprises the steps: collecting fatigue state related data, environment data and vehicle operation state data of a driver before and during driving, and taking the fatigue state related data before driving as reference data; carrying out difference analysis on the fatigue state related data before driving and during driving, and then carrying out normalization to obtain a fatigue state comprehensive index of the driver; training a fatigue state recognition model through a machine learning algorithm on the basis of taking the reference data as non-fatigue state characteristic parameters and taking the fatigue state comprehensive indexes conforming to a preset fatigue state threshold range as fatigue state characteristic parameters; inputting the fatigue state related data acquired in real time during driving into a fatigue state recognition model to recognize the fatigue state of the driver; if the driver is in the fatigue state, the influence degree of the environment data and the vehicle running state data on the driving fatigue of the driver is determined through an entropy weight method, and corresponding early warning intervention is conducted.
