The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, and particularly discloses a train operation scheme optimization method based on a dynamic passenger flow demand, comprising the following steps: S1, setting a target period, and obtaining historical passenger ticket data; s2, acquiring the passenger flow volume data, establishing four demand management methods according to a passenger flow space-time distribution rule, and performing statistical quantification on the final passenger flow volume through the demand management methods; s3, constructing a high-speed railway train operation scheme optimization model with supply and demand balance maximization coordination; s4, the passenger flow processed by the four demand management methods is solved and calculated, and train operation schemes under different demand management scheme conditions are obtained; and S5, evaluating the train operation schemes under different demand management methods. The most reasonable demand management method is matched according to different passenger transport demands and space-time distribution, and extra operation cost generated by train adjustment of railway enterprises every day is reduced.
