The hydraulic automatic beam grabbing emergency pin releasing device comprises a hydraulic pump station, a hydraulic pin penetrating device and an emergency pin releasing device, the hydraulic pump station is connected with the hydraulic pin penetrating device, and the emergency pin releasing device is arranged between a pin penetrating pipeline and a pin releasing pipeline which are connected with the hydraulic pump station and the hydraulic pin penetrating device. The hydraulic pump station, the hydraulic pin penetrating device and the emergency pin disengaging device are all fixedly installed on the grabbing beam, under the normal condition, the hydraulic pump station drives the hydraulic pin penetrating device to penetrate and disengage a pin and drives the emergency pin disengaging device to store energy in the pin disengaging process, and when the hydraulic pump station breaks down and cannot work, the emergency pin disengaging device starts to drive the hydraulic pin penetrating device to penetrate and disengage the pin. The situation that after the grabbing beam is submerged underwater, manual diving is needed for fault treatment is effectively avoided, and the safety risk and the fault rate are reduced.

    一种液压自动抓梁紧急脱销装置及方法,它包括液压泵站、液压穿销装置和紧急脱销装置,通过液压泵站与液压穿销装置连接,在液压泵站和液压穿销装置连接的穿销管路和脱销管路之间设置紧急脱销装置,液压泵站、液压穿销装置和紧急脱销装置皆安装固定于抓梁上,正常情况下液压泵站驱动液压穿销装置穿脱销,并在脱销过程中驱动紧急脱销装置储能,当液压泵站出现故障不能工作时,紧急脱销装置启动驱动液压穿销装置穿脱销,有效避免了抓梁没入水下后需要人工潜水处理故障,减小了安全风险和故障率。
