The invention discloses a bridge demolition rotating hinge based on hydraulic lifting and a bridge demolition method. The bridge demolition rotating hinge comprises a base, a hydraulic lifting system and a spherical hinge system. The hydraulic lifting system comprises an oil cylinder and a piston rod; the spherical hinge system comprises an upper spherical hinge and a lower spherical hinge; the oil cylinder is arranged on the base, and the spherical hinge system is arranged above the piston rod; the oil cylinder is of a multi-layer annular structure, layers are separated through annular oil cylinder side walls from inside to outside, throttling holes are formed in the lower portions of the annular oil cylinder side walls, the piston rod is an annular component and is arranged in gaps between the annular oil cylinder side walls, a positioning pin shaft hole is formed in the center of the oil cylinder, and through holes are formed in the center of the piston rod, the center of the upper spherical hinge and the center of the lower spherical hinge. A positioning pin shaft penetrates through the through holes to fix the piston rod, the upper spherical hinge and the lower spherical hinge; the multi-layer annular structure of the oil cylinder can still play a good anti-explosion role even when the structure is damaged or hydraulic oil leaks. The hydraulic lifting system is used for driving the main beam rotating body to ascend and descend, the blocking time of the road under the bridge is greatly shortened, and the bridge can be recycled after the rotating hinge is removed.

    本发明公开一种基于液压升降的桥梁拆除转铰及桥梁拆除方法,包括底座、液压升降系统和球铰系统;液压升降系统包括油缸和活塞杆,球铰系统包括上球铰和下球铰;油缸设置在底座上,球铰系统设置在活塞杆上方;油缸为多层环形结构,由内到外,层与层之间通过环形油缸侧壁分开,环形油缸侧壁下方设有节流孔,活塞杆为环形构件,设置在环形油缸侧壁之间的间隙,油缸中心设置有定位销轴孔,活塞杆、上球铰和下球铰的中心均设置有通孔,定位销轴穿过通孔固定活塞杆、上球铰和下球铰;油缸的多层环形结构即便在结构损坏或液压油泄露时依然能起到很好的防爆作用。本发明利用液压升降系统带动主梁转体升降,极大减少桥梁下道路的封锁时间,且桥梁拆除转铰可再次回收利用。
