The invention relates to a tower crane foundation for a steel tube arch bridge and a construction method. The tower crane foundation is characterized in that a base can be welded to an upper chord tube of a main arch rib, a main cross beam of the whole foundation is welded to the top of the base, a tower foot supporting leg embedded part is welded to the main cross beam, and the tower foot supporting leg embedded part is provided with a vertical supporting tube of a tower crane standard knot; therefore, the load can be uniformly transmitted to the upper chord tube of the main arch rib after the tower crane is mounted, and the operation safety of the tower crane on the steel tube arch bridge is ensured. The overall foundation is a prefabricated steel member, the installation amount and the welding amount of the tower crane foundation constructed on the steel tube arch bridge can be reduced, namely aloft work is reduced, construction is simpler, the welding quality is better, the installation precision of the tower foot supporting leg embedded part is convenient to control by controlling the levelness and perpendicularity of the base and the overall foundation, and the construction efficiency is improved. The tower crane foundation for the steel tube arch bridge can be suitable for high-altitude operation environments such as the arch bridge.

    本发明涉及一种钢管拱桥用的塔吊基础及施工方法,通过焊接的方式能够将基座焊接于主拱肋的上弦管,将整体基础的主横梁焊接于基座顶部,将塔脚支腿预埋件焊接于主横梁,塔脚支腿预埋件安装塔吊标准节的竖向支撑管,使得保证塔吊安装后能够将荷载均匀的传递至主拱肋的上弦管,保证塔吊在钢管拱桥上的作业安全。且整体基础为预制钢构件,能够减少在钢管拱桥上施工塔吊基础的安装量和焊接量,即减少高空作业,使得施工更加简单、焊接质量更好,通过控制基座和整体基础的水平度和垂直度,便于控制塔脚支腿预埋件的安装精度,使得本申请的钢管拱桥用的塔吊基础能够适用于拱桥上等高空作业环境。
