The invention relates to the technical field of lifting equipment control, and particularly discloses a numerical control lifting equipment control method and system.The method comprises the steps of elevator state collection, elevator set conveying information extraction, elevator use evaluation, stop point environment monitoring, elevator stop point control, elevator working speed control and elevator abnormity feedback; health monitoring is conducted on the self state of the elevator, and automatic control over the target parking position and the conveying speed of the elevator is conducted according to the collected parking situation of the vertical plane where the docking platform corresponding to the current to-be-transported goods is located, the wind condition of the environment and the supporting situation; according to the method, the limitation existing in a remote conveying control mode of personnel is effectively solved, targeted and flexible control over the elevator is achieved, meanwhile, the overturning and falling risks of cargo transportation are reduced, and therefore the accuracy of confirmation of the stop point position of the elevator and the adaptability of the conveying speed are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及升降设备控制技术领域,具体公开一种数控升降设备控制方法及系统,该方法包括:升降机状态采集、升降机设定输送信息提取、升降机使用评定、停靠点环境监测、升降机停靠点控制、升降机工作速度控制和升降机异常反馈;本发明通过对升降机的自身状态进行健康监测,并根据采集的当前待运输货物对应对接平台所在竖直平面的停靠情况、所述环境的风况以及支撑情况进行升降机的目标停靠位置和输送速度的自动化控制,有效解决了人员远程进行输送控制方式中存在的局限性,实现了升降机的针对性和灵活性控制,同时还减少了货物运输的倾覆和坠落风险,从而确保了升降机停靠点位置确认的精准性和输送速度的适配性。
