The invention discloses a three-direction adjusting jack which comprises a supporting bottom plate, a combined sliding plate, a Y-direction jack assembly, a Z-direction jack assembly, an X-direction jack assembly, a displacement detection system and a synchronous control hydraulic system. The combined sliding plate is driven to move in place through actions of the Z-direction jack assembly and the X-direction jack assembly, the Y-direction jack assembly is used for lifting a beam body, the synchronous control hydraulic system is used for controlling synchronous movement of the Y-direction jack assembly, the Z-direction jack assembly and the X-direction jack assembly, and displacement of the whole equipment is detected and fed back through the displacement detection system. The jack capable of being adjusted in the three directions can adapt to complex terrains which traditional hoisting equipment cannot adapt to, and heavy objects with the large height-width ratio, the ultra-large size and the ultra-large weight can be moved and adjusted; the device has the characteristics of compact and simple size, definite stress, safe operation, high operation efficiency, remarkable economic benefit and the like.
