The linkage type enclasping and releasing mechanism comprises a first enclasping mechanism body, a second enclasping mechanism body and a reset spring which are sequentially arranged along a linkage rod, the first enclasping mechanism body and the second enclasping mechanism body are the same in structure and direction, and the first enclasping mechanism body comprises a first compression rod, a second compression rod and a third compression rod, a first fixing seat and a first holding claw are sequentially arranged along the first pressing rod; a first limiting groove in the radial direction of the linkage rod is formed in the surface of the first enclasping claw, and a first limiting block matched with the first limiting groove is arranged on the first fixing seat; the first holding claw and the first pressing rod are arranged in a contact mode through two inclined faces which are not connected and parallel, and the first holding claw is arranged on the first pressing rod in a sleeving mode and slides along any inclined face. According to the invention, it can be ensured that the cubesat is reliably fixed in the launcher, the problem of collision and impact of the cubesat is avoided, and reliable and stable in-orbit launching of the cubesat is ensured while the vibration response of the cubesat is effectively reduced.
本发明涉及一种联动式抱紧释放机构及立方星发射器,包括沿联动杆依次设置的的第一抱紧机构、第二抱紧机构、复位弹簧,第一抱紧机构与第二抱紧机构结构相同、方向相同,第一抱紧机构包括:第一压紧杆,固定设置于联动杆的一端,沿第一压紧杆依次设置有第一固定座和第一抱紧爪;第一抱紧爪表面设置有沿联动杆径向的第一限位槽,第一固定座上设置有与第一限位槽适配的第一限位块;第一抱紧爪与第一压紧杆通过两个不相接且平行的两个斜面接触设置,第一抱紧爪套设于第一压紧杆上沿任一斜面滑动。本发明,能够保证立方星在发射器内可靠固定,避免星器磕碰冲击问题,有效降低立方星的振动响应的同时保证立方星在轨可靠稳定发射。
