The invention provides an aviation composite material repairing digital twinborn body and an intelligent first-aid repair method, system and device. The method comprises the steps that repairing elements, collected in real time, of an aviation composite material repairing entity are transmitted to the aviation composite material repairing digital twinborn body; the digital twin body establishes an initial visual digital model of the repaired entity according to the structure parameters and the damage parameters of the repaired entity; the digital twin body performs design space search according to the repair process parameters, predicts key performance of different repair process parameter combinations, and obtains target repair process parameters required by the repaired entity to achieve the key performance; the digital twin predicts the whole-field distribution information of the key performance of the repaired entity according to the repair process parameters and the initial visual digital model, and displays and analyzes the whole-field distribution information; transmitting the received target repairing process parameters to the repairing tool; and setting a repair technological process through the repair tool according to the target repair technological parameters, and implementing intelligent repair of the repair entity.
