The invention relates to a distributed intelligent auxiliary automatic driving method based on a block chain, and belongs to the technical field of mobile communication. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing a double-layer network model based on a directed acyclic graph (DAG) block chain, and designing an asynchronous federated learning scheme under the model; secondly, adopting a knowledge distillation technology in a local training stage to realize low-load model interaction in asynchronous federated learning; then, an automatic driving decision model based on proportion-integration-differentiation (PID) control is established from the angles of high quality, high safety and high efficiency, and CAV acceleration control is optimized based on a depth deterministic strategy gradient (DDPG) algorithm; and finally, providing a mobile awareness asynchronous federated distillation learning MAFDL algorithm based on a DAG block chain. According to the scheme, on the premise that safe and low-load CAV cooperative training is guaranteed, CAV intelligent driving decision making is effectively assisted.

    本发明涉及一种基于区块链的分布式智能辅助自动驾驶方法,属于移动通信技术领域。首先建立基于有向无环图DAG区块链的双层网络模型并设计该模型下的异步联邦学习方案;其次,在本地训练阶段采用知识蒸馏技术以实现异步联邦学习中低负载的模型交互;然后,从高质量、高安全和高效率角度建立基于比例‑积分‑微分PID控制的自动驾驶决策模型,并基于深度确定性策略梯度DDPG算法优化CAV加速控制;最后,提出一种基于DAG区块链的移动感知异步联邦蒸馏学习MAFDL算法。本方案在保证安全低负载CAV协同训练的前提下,有效辅助CAV智能驾驶决策。
