The invention discloses a shift point optimization method for a multi-gear electromechanical composite transmission system, and belongs to the field of hybrid electric vehicle transmissions. A parallel plug-in hybrid electric vehicle with a multi-gear electromechanical composite transmission system is selected as a research object, the vehicle speed, the pedal opening degree and the operation mode are taken as control parameters, the influence of double power sources of an engine and a motor and the state of charge of a battery is considered, and the optimal working efficiency of the system is taken as a target on the basis of an initial gear shifting rule. Off-line optimization is carried out by adopting a DIRECT global optimization method for gear shifting vehicle speeds under different pedal opening degrees in different modes such as a pure electric mode EV, a hybrid power mode HEV, an engine independent driving mode Eng and a driving charging mode Chg. Compared with other global optimization algorithms, the method has the advantages that the optimal solution can be found within fewer iterations, and the calculation efficiency is improved, so that the fuel economy of the multi-gear hybrid electric vehicle is remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种多档机电复合传动系统换挡点优化方法,属于混合动力汽车变速器领域。选取某具有多档机电复合传动系统的并联插电式混合动力汽车为研究对象,以车速、踏板开度、运行模式为控制参数,考虑发动机、电机双动力源和电池荷电状态的影响,在初始换挡规律的基础上,以系统工作效率最优为目标,针对纯电模式EV、混合动力模式HEV、发动机单独驱动模式Eng、行车充电模式Chg不同模式不同踏板开度下的换挡车速,采用DIRECT的全局优化方法进行离线优化。该方法相比其他全局优化算法能够在更少的迭代次数内找到最优解,提高计算效率,从而显著改善多档混合动力汽车的整车燃油经济性。
