    本发明公开了一种塑形支架和多层钣金的门线束布置方法,属于门线束组装技术领域。该塑形支架的主体凹设有塑形槽,门线束穿设于所述塑形槽内,所述塑形槽的槽底包括弧形过渡的第一槽底面和第二槽底面,所述塑形槽的侧壁包括弧形过渡的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一槽底面和设置于所述第一槽底面相对两侧的所述第一侧壁围设形成喇叭筒结构,所述喇叭筒结构的外壁面设置有卡爪,用于将所述塑形支架挂接于车身钣金上,所述第二侧壁的外壁面设置有卡扣,用于所述塑形支架与所述车身钣金外壁面的焊接金属支架卡接。本发明在狭小工件内对线束进行塑形,方便门线束穿过多层钣金,并在开关门过程中避免门线束的磨损。
