The invention provides an orderly charging management method and system for a new energy automobile in a private parking space of a community, and solves the problems that when a conventional private parking space is charged, public electrical load distribution is not uniform, and the utilization rate of charging facilities is low, and the main scheme comprises the steps: S1, enabling a charging management terminal of the charging facilities of the private parking space of the community to communicate with a cloud server, setting a safety electrical load upper limit of the charging management terminal, setting charging power of a single charging facility, and reserving a starting power space of a newly accessed charging facility; s2, the user parks in a parking space and requests the charging management terminal to start a charging facility; and S3, the charging management terminal calculates a difference value between the upper limit of the safe electrical load and the total amount of the used electrical load according to the upper limit of the safe electrical load and the total amount of the used electrical load, compares the difference value with a preset threshold value, and adjusts the average power limit of the charging management terminal until the difference value is not less than the preset threshold value.

    本发明提出了一种小区私有车位新能源汽车有序充电管理方法及系统,解决了常规私有车位充电时,公用用电负荷分配不均,充电设施利用率低下等问题,其主要方案包括:S1、将小区私有车位充电设施的充电管理终端与云端服务器通信,设置充电管理终端的安全用电负荷上限,设置单个充电设施的充电功率,预留新接入充电设施的启动功率空间;S2、用户停车入位,并向充电管理终端请求启动充电设施;S3、充电管理终端依据安全用电负荷上限与已使用用电负荷总量,计算出两者差值并与预设阈值比较,通过调整充电管理终端平均额度功率至差值不小于预设阈值。
