The invention discloses a multi-gear hybrid drive system and a drive control method. The multi-gear hybrid drive system comprises an engine, a first motor, a second motor, a planet row mechanism, a speed change mechanism, an intermediate shaft and a gear shifting mechanism. The engine is connected with the first motor through a planet row mechanism. The planet row mechanism is further provided with a first output shaft, the intermediate shaft is provided with a first gear, a second gear and a third gear which are different in diameter, the first gear is meshed with a transmission shaft of the second motor, the first gear is in meshed transmission with the first output shaft, and the third gear is in meshed transmission with a second output shaft; the first output shaft and the second output shaft correspond to different gears, and the gear shifting driver can control the synchronizing device to be meshed with the first output shaft or the second output shaft. Two gears of multiple working conditions such as pure electricity, hybrid power and engine direct drive are achieved, switching between a low gear and a high gear can be achieved according to different loads and vehicle speeds of the whole vehicle, large torque can be output at a low speed, the dynamic property is improved, and the power cycle vehicle speed is increased at a high speed.

    本发明公开了一种多挡混动驱动系统及驱动控制方法,包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、行星排机构、变速机构、中间轴及换挡机构。发动机与第一电机通过行星排机构连接。行星排机构上还设有第一输出轴,中间轴上分别设有直径不同的第一齿轮、第二齿轮以及第三齿轮,第一齿轮与第二电机的传动轴啮合,第一齿轮与第一输出轴啮合传动,第三齿轮啮合传动有第二输出轴;第一输出轴和第二输出轴对应不同的档位,换挡驱动器能够控制同步装置与第一输出轴或第二输出轴啮合。本发明实现纯电、混动、发动机直驱等多工况两个挡位,可根据整车的负载及车速不同,实现低档位及高档位切换,达到低速可输出大扭矩,提升动力性,高速提高功率循环车速。
