The ship position and ship speed monitoring module is used for detecting the position, the speed and the in-place berthing condition of the ship to be locked, and when the preset position and the preset speed are exceeded, safety prompting is carried out; the ship lock no-parking monitoring module is used for detecting the no-parking line section state of the lock chamber and giving a safety prompt to the ship which is about to be locked and crosses a no-parking line before the ship which is about to be locked enters the lock and the gate is closed/opened; and the mooring hook monitoring module is used for detecting the mooring completion state of a mooring hook when the ship to be locked enters the lock and is berthed in place, giving a safety prompt to the ship to be locked with the abnormal mooring completion state, and sending a water delivery forbidding signal to the adjacent lock head when the ship to be locked is in the abnormal mooring completion state. According to the embodiment of the invention, the lockage safety of the ship can be guaranteed.
