The invention relates to the technical field of traffic data processing, in particular to a method for continuously monitoring traffic data detected by artificial intelligence and judging a corresponding traffic event according to real-time data, so that various traffic events including accidents, congestion and the like in a specified road section can be automatically and efficiently judged, manpower can be effectively saved, and the working efficiency is improved. According to the traffic incident multi-dimensional dynamic management and control method based on traffic flow monitoring, various characteristics of vehicles and personnel on a detected road section are obtained by means of an artificial intelligence algorithm, efficient, rapid and automatic traffic incident judgment is achieved based on the characteristics, and therefore the purposes of improving the detection efficiency and reducing manpower consumption are achieved.
