The invention discloses an airport runway configuration adaptive decision-making method, which comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring historical flight trajectory data of an airport to be decided and aviation meteorological data at corresponding time in advance, and preprocessing the data; secondly, performing height-time change standardization on the trajectory data, calculating an average slope, and classifying entering and leaving flight trajectories; the position data of the aircraft is reconstructed, and the runway using time and the runway occupying time are indirectly determined; then, dividing a day into equilong time windows, and counting a runway set used by the arrival flights and a runway set used by the departure flights in each time window as runway configuration of the time window; and finally, constructing an SVM multi-classification runway configuration decision model in different meteorological scenes, and realizing runway configuration adaptive decision. According to the method, runway configuration use suggestions can be provided for airport research according to factors, such as current flight plans and meteorological prediction data, which affect configuration decisions.

    本发明公开了一种机场跑道配置自适应决策方法,首先,预先获取待决策机场的历史航班轨迹数据以及相应时间的航空气象数据,并对数据进行预处理;其次,对轨迹数据进行高度‑时间变化标准化,计算平均斜率,对进离场飞行轨迹进行分类;对航空器位置数据进行重建,间接确定跑道使用及占用跑道的时间;然后,将一天划分为等长的时间窗口,统计每个时间窗口内,进港航班所用跑道集合以及离港航班所用跑道集合,作为该时间窗口的跑道配置;最后,构建不同气象场景下的SVM多分类跑道配置决策模型,实现跑道配置自适应决策。本发明可根据当前航班计划与气象预测数据等影响配置决策的因素为研究机场提供跑道配置使用建议。
