The travelling crane is connected with the lifting ring through the travelling crane lifting rope, and the lifting ring is connected with two lifting points at one end of the V-shaped truss. And the lower part of the V-shaped truss is provided with a sling suspension mechanism, and the sling suspension mechanism is used for hoisting the wind power blade through a sling. And the sling suspension mechanism comprises two groups of turnover pulley blocks which are respectively mounted on two sides of the lower conical part of the V-shaped truss. And each overturning pulley block is provided with two driven pulleys. The two ends of the hanging belt are provided with hanging belt pressing rings respectively, the hanging belt pressing rings are connected with the two ends of the hanging belt through connecting buckles, and the connecting buckles are of U-shaped structures. The two cranes are used for hoisting the blade, the problem that the tonnage of the cranes is limited is solved, and damage-free overturning of the wind power blade and rapid dismounting and mounting of the hoisting belt are achieved.
