The invention discloses intelligent hoisting and turning-over equipment for a deep-hole oil cylinder and a using method, the intelligent hoisting and turning-over equipment comprises an upper hoop device matched with the upper end of the oil cylinder and a lower hoop device matched with the lower end of the oil cylinder, the upper hoop device comprises an upper hoop, the two sides of the upper hoop are rotationally connected with the two sides of a main body support, and an angle encoder is arranged at the rotating connection position of the upper hoop and the main body support; an upper lifting lug connected with an upper lifting rope of the crawler crane is arranged in the middle of the main body bracket; the lower hoop device comprises a lower hoop, and the side part of the lower hoop is provided with a lower lifting lug connected with a lower lifting rope of a portal crane slewing crane; the device is convenient to install and reliable in turning-over action, real-time reminding and multi-signal alarming can be achieved through the change of the angle of the oil cylinder in the turning-over process, reliable data are provided for the gantry crane cart bullet train speed and the gantry crane rotation lifting rope winding speed through the position change of the oil cylinder in the turning-over process, and therefore the turning-over process is safer and more reliable.

    本发明公开一种深孔油缸智能化吊运翻身装备和使用方法,包括与油缸上端配合的上抱箍装置和与油缸下端配合的下抱箍装置,所述上抱箍装置包括上抱箍,所述上抱箍两侧与主体支架两侧旋转连接,其旋转连接位置设有角度编码器,主体支架中部设有与履带吊的上吊绳连接的上吊耳;所述下抱箍装置包括下抱箍,所述下抱箍侧部设有与门机回转吊的下吊绳连接的下吊耳;本发明具有安装方便,翻身动作可靠,且能在翻身过程中通过油缸角度的变化做到实时提醒和多信号报警,并通过油缸翻身过程中的位置变化为门机大车动车速度、门机回转吊收绳速度提供可靠数据,从而使得翻身过程更加安全可靠。
