The method comprises the following steps: designing the height of a segmented tire support; the bulwark sections are subjected to reverse pre-assembly construction, and specifically, before the welding process, the following treatment is performed: beveled edges between the bulwark sections and outer plates of the bow sections are formed in the outer plates of the bow sections, the beveled edges face outwards, the plate thickness difference faces outwards, and scaling treatment is performed; turning over the bow part section to a reverse building form through a hoisting tool, and welding the reverse building bow part section and each set bulwark section; and after assembly is completed, a proper jigger is selected, the assembled pre-assembled section of the bow and the bulwark is transferred to a coating process workshop, and after coating is completed, the pre-assembled section of the bow and the bulwark is overturned to the normal position through a hoisting tool and then hoisted to the ship body to be assembled. According to the method, the work of hoisting the bulwark through a gantry crane in the closing stage is omitted, the bulwark can be arranged in place through a bridge crane in the segmenting stage, the ship building efficiency is improved, and segmented building resources are fully utilized.
本发明提供一种艏部舷墙分段安装方法。本发明方法,包括如下步骤:设计分段支胎高度;各舷墙分段进行反造预组施工,具体地,在焊接工艺前进行如下处理:舷墙分段与艏部分段外板之间坡口开在艏部分段外板上,朝外,板厚差朝外,扒皮处理;通过吊运工具将艏部分段翻身至反造形式,将反造的艏部分段与设置好的各舷墙分段进行所述焊接工艺;组装完成后,选取合适的盘车,将组装后的艏部+舷墙的预组分段转运至涂装工艺车间,涂装结束后,通过吊运工具将艏部+舷墙的预组分段翻转至正位后吊运至待组装船体。本发明取消了合拢阶段对舷墙采用龙门吊的吊装工作,在分段阶段通过桥吊即可将舷墙布置到位,提高了船舶建造效率,充分利用了分段的建造资源。
