The method is applied to a vehicle control system, the vehicle control system is connected with normal power supply equipment on a corresponding vehicle, and the method comprises the steps that under the condition that it is monitored that an ignition switch is turned off, power is supplied to the vehicle control system through the normal power supply equipment; and executing a target vibration and noise reduction strategy, and timing the execution duration of executing the target vibration and noise reduction strategy based on the turn-off moment of the ignition switch until a preset duration is reached. The method can reduce the vibration noise in the vehicle when the engine stalls.
