The invention provides a control method and device for a high-viscosity oil retarder, and the method comprises the steps: determining a first retarding gear of the high-viscosity oil retarder in response to a received first gear engaging operation; determining a first initial opening degree of a first flow control valve and a second initial opening degree of a second flow control valve according to the first retarding gear; by controlling on-off of a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve and a third electromagnetic valve, high-viscosity oil is sucked into or pumped out of a working cavity in a high-viscosity oil retarder body according to the target oil pumping amount corresponding to the first initial opening degree, and the high-viscosity oil is discharged out of the working cavity according to the target oil outlet amount corresponding to the second initial opening degree; and the pressure in the working cavity in the retarder body is changed, so that the speed of the vehicle is retarded to the running speed corresponding to the first retarding gear. Therefore, different braking effects are achieved and different braking requirements are met by controlling on and off of the electromagnetic valves, adjusting the opening degree of the flow control valve and adjusting the pressure in the working cavity.

    本申请提供了一种高粘度油缓速器的控制方法和控制装置,包括:响应于接收到的第一挂挡操作,确定高粘度油缓速器的第一缓速挡位;进而根据第一缓速挡位确定第一流量控制阀的第一初始开度和第二流量控制阀的第二初始开度;通过控制第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀和第三电磁阀通断电,在按照第一初始开度对应的目标泵油量将高粘度油吸入或抽出高粘度油缓速器本体中工作腔以及按照第二初始开度对应的目标出油量将高粘度油排出工作腔的过程中,改变缓速器本体内工作腔中的压力,以将车辆的速度缓速至第一缓速挡位对应的行驶速度。这样,通过控制各电磁阀通断电并调节流量控制阀的开度,调整工作腔中的压力,从而实现不同的制动效果,满足不同的制动需求。
