Comprising a charging pile body, the charging pile body is provided with a maintenance plate and a charging gun, an ash containing plate is fixedly installed in the charging pile body, a cooling fan and a filter screen are fixedly installed at the bottom of the ash containing plate, a rotating shaft of the cooling fan extends and is fixedly provided with an extension shaft, and the end, away from the cooling fan, of the extension shaft is in gear transmission with the rotating shaft; the rotating shaft penetrates through the surface of the ash containing plate in a rotating mode, a fixing block is rotatably installed at the upper end of the rotating shaft and installed on the inner wall of the charging pile body, the middle section of the rotating shaft is sleeved with two rotating sleeves, each rotating sleeve is rotatably provided with a connecting block through a torsional spring, the connecting blocks are fixedly installed on the inner wall of the charging pile body, and the two rotating sleeves are jointly and fixedly provided with an ash knocking hammer. An ash scraping assembly is arranged at the top of the ash containing plate; and the maintenance cost is effectively reduced, meanwhile, accumulation of dust in the charging pile body is reduced, and the service life of the charging pile body is effectively prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的新能源汽车充电桩,涉及充电桩技术领域。包括充电桩本体,充电桩本体设置有检修板、充电枪,充电桩本体内部固定安装有盛灰板,盛灰板底部固定安装有散热风扇、滤网,散热风扇的转轴延伸固定安装有延伸轴,延伸轴远离散热风扇的一端齿轮传动有转轴,转轴贯穿转动在盛灰板表面,转轴的上端转动安装有固定块,固定块安装在充电桩本体内壁,转轴中段套接有两个转动套,每个转动套均通过扭簧转动安装有连接块,连接块固定安装在充电桩本体内壁,两个转动套共同固定安装有敲灰锤,盛灰板顶部设置有刮灰组件;有效的降低了维护成本,同时减少充电桩本体内部灰尘的累积,有效的提高了充电桩本体的使用寿命。
