The method is not only suitable for the working conditions that all wheels of the hub motor are driven to consume electric energy at the same time and all wheels are braked to generate electric energy, but also suitable for the working conditions that different wheels of a hub motor automobile are in different states, and if some wheels are in the braking to generate electric energy state and some wheels are in the driving state to consume electric energy. The torque output of the whole vehicle is realized to the greatest extent, meanwhile, the power battery is protected, the faults of over-charging and over-discharging of the power battery are avoided, and the reliability and the safety of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明提供了一种轮毂电机汽车转矩计算方法,通过根据动力电池的充放电能力,结合考虑高压附件导致动力电池功率输出能力变化,对轮毂电机输出的转矩进行限制,解决了轮毂电机汽车动力电池过充或过放的问题。本发明不仅适用于轮毂电机所有车轮同时驱动消耗电能和所有车轮制动产生电能的工况,同时也适用于轮毂电机汽车的不同车轮处于不同状态:如有的车轮处于制动产生电能状态、有的车轮处于驱动状态消耗电能的工况,最大程度的实现整车转矩输出,同时又保护动力电池,避免动力电池出现过充和过放的故障,提高了整车的可靠性和安全性。
