The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to a buckling type sleeve which comprises a sleeve body, the sleeve body is of a bent steel plate structure, patterns matched with each other are arranged on the two sides of the steel plate structure, a pattern seam is formed when the sleeve body is bent and formed, and a positioning hole is formed in the sleeve body and located in the back face of the pattern seam. The buckling type casing pipe is machined and formed through the following method that S1, firstly, forming machining of a high-strength steel plate is conducted, and fixed-size cutting of the steel plate is conducted according to the preset size of the casing pipe; s2, pattern notches capable of being clamped with each other are machined in the two sides of the steel plate; s3, the steel plate with the pattern notches in the two sides is bent and formed according to the set curvature, so that the patterns on the two sides are in butt joint and clamped together, and a circular sleeve structure is formed; s4, machining of a positioning hole is carried out; and S5, the inner diameter size can be adjusted in advance according to the welding deformation amount, the inner diameter is restored to be round to the maximum extent after welding deformation, and the difference of the inner diameter size is reduced.

    本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,具体为一种扣合式套管,包括套管主体,套管主体为弯曲的钢板结构,且该钢板结构两侧设置有相互配合的花纹,套管主体弯曲成型时构成花纹接缝,且套管主体上设置有定位孔,定位孔位于花纹接缝的背面;该扣合式套管采用以下方法加工成型:S1:首先进行高强度钢板的成型加工,并且根据套管的预设尺寸进行钢板的定尺寸裁切;S2:在钢板的两侧加工出能够相互卡合的花纹切口;S3:将两侧带有花纹切口的钢板按照设定的曲率进行弯曲成型,使得两侧的花纹对接卡合在一起,成为圆形套管结构;S4:进行定位孔的加工;S5:可以根据焊接变形量提前调整内径尺寸,焊接变形后内径最大程度恢复成圆形,减小内径大小尺寸的差异。
