The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical brake systems, in particular to an aircraft brake defect processing method based on a neural network, which comprises the following steps: identifying risk factor parameters in a brake system by using an STPA method; establishing a neural network system fault model based on the risk factor parameters; the influence of faults and brake defects on the safety of the aircraft is simulated; the generated brake defect is compared with the simulation condition to determine the defect position and the fault condition; and targeted processing is carried out for defect positions and fault conditions. According to the safety analysis method based on model simulation, risk factor parameters of airplane braking can be effectively recognized, risk probability evaluation and prediction of a complex system and unsafe events of the complex system can be achieved through the constructed risk probability evaluation model, and the guiding effect on fault operation and design improvement in the operation stage can be achieved.

    本发明涉及机械刹车系统技术领域,特别是基于神经网络的飞机刹车缺陷处理方法,包括使用STPA方法识别刹车系统中的风险因素参数;基于风险因素参数建立神经网络系统故障模型;模拟故障和刹车缺陷对于飞机的安全性影响;将发生的刹车缺陷与模拟情况对比确定缺陷位置与故障情况;针对缺陷位置与故障情况进行针对性处理。本文提出的基于模型仿真的安全性分析方法,能够有效识别飞机刹车的风险因素参数,构建的风险概率评估模型可实现复杂系统及其不安全事件的风险概率评估和预测,能够做到对运营阶段的故障运行和设计改进的指导效果。
